What you will do
- Deliver HR support across the employee lifecycle for employees and managers in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
- Advise on onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee data changes, HR policies, and procedures.
- Act as a local contact for employee relations matters, including performance concerns, grievances, policy interpretation, and workplace issues.
- Partner with managers on performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies while identifying and mitigating people-related risks.
- Support regional and global people initiatives, including wellbeing, culture, talent, organizational change, manager briefings, focus groups, and workshops.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in HR generalist roles supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting employees and managers across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, with strong knowledge of local employment practices and statutory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday for people processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
