Sr HR Business Partner (People & Culture): Partnering with leaders and employees across Malaysia and Indonesia to deliver local people strategies, employee lifecycle programs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives with an accent on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and Malaysian employment compliance. Focus on advising leaders, supporting organizational change, using people data to improve processes, and coordinating regional People & Culture programs.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; the role supports commercial businesses across Malaysia and Indonesia and follows a flexible model combining in-person collaboration with flexibility.

What you will do
- Act as the primary People & Culture partner for leaders across Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Advise managers on leadership, performance, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and capability development.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and organizational design.
- Manage routine employee relations matters and support complex cases, including performance, conduct, leave, and policy interpretation.
- Lead local engagement, communication, and change management activities for regional and global initiatives.
- Use people data and insights to improve employee lifecycle processes, documentation, compliance, and operational delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, including business partnering.
- Experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation; exposure to Indonesian employment practices is advantageous.
- Experience working in a matrix, regional, or multinational organization and supporting multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and change management capabilities, with experience partnering with commercial or corporate functions.
