Trade Surveillance Data Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Base pay: €2,500–€2,700 gross per month

What you will do

• Own reported trading data incidents from prioritization through resolution and client communication.
• Investigate data flow issues using Linux environments, server systems, and data management tools.
• Identify root causes and implement fixes for complex data issues.
• Coordinate releases and bug-fix deployments with global cross-functional teams.
• Drive service improvements and optimize data flows for scalability, reliability, and fewer recurring issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or technical support, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of market data, trading data, or financial messaging protocols such as FIX.
• Experience in trading, capital markets, or regulated financial services.
• Experience working across multiple time zones with globally distributed teams.
