Senior AI Compliance, Risk & Security Engineer (AI): Assessing and governing AI, ML, data science solutions, architectures, models, and data flows to enable secure, responsible, and compliant enterprise adoption with an accent on AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, and operational risk. Focus on translating governance requirements into technical guardrails, evaluating model behavior and data risks, and designing mitigation controls for production-scale AI solutions.

What you will do
- Assess AI, machine learning, data science solutions, architectures, algorithms, models, and data flows for compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, ethical, regulatory, and operational risks.
- Partner with Governance, Enterprise Data, Product Owners, Architects, AI Scientists, and Engineers to support trusted AI adoption and enterprise-scale deployment.
- Develop governance frameworks, guardrails, risk-assessment methodologies, compliance evidence, and control mechanisms.
- Evaluate how models, algorithms, solutions, and data are sourced, processed, governed, and used throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Guide identification and mitigation of risks involving model behavior, bias, explainability, robustness, reliability, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering, designing, building, or supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, data science, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Experience assessing technology, data, privacy, compliance, legal, cybersecurity, or operational risks related to AI and software solutions.
- Ability to translate regulatory, legal, Responsible AI, and governance requirements into practical controls, technical guardrails, and actionable guidance.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for evaluating complex AI use cases, algorithms, model behavior, data flows, and security considerations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills for working with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, AI assurance, or technology governance programs.
- Experience designing, building, deploying, or governing AI, software, or advanced analytics solutions in production.
- Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
