GRC Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop automated solutions for GRC processes and maintain modules for the GRC platform.
• Design and maintain a technical governance framework for the safe deployment of autonomous AI agents.
• Define deterministic action gates and risk thresholds for agentic workflows.
• Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP security assessments.
• Build automated drift detection and self-healing configurations to maintain compliance across the global edge network.
• Work with Legal, People, Engineering, and Finance to integrate security controls into daily development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security, compliance, automation, or engineering functions.
• Experience building technical solutions for complex operational problems.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-powered automation and agentic workflows.
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or Pulumi, and Policy as Code using OPA/Rego.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or another scripting language, including automation, API interaction, and data parsing.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

Nice to have

• Security or software development projects, open-source contributions, or participation in the security research community.
• Experience building with hirify.global Workers, R2, D1, or Workers AI.
