What you will do

• Develop and implement automated GRC solutions and modules integrated with security, engineering, and AI tools.
• Architect and maintain technical governance frameworks to ensure the safe deployment of autonomous AI agents.
• Support security assessments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRAMP) using automated drift detection and self-healing configurations.
• Collaborate with Legal, People, Engineering, and Finance teams to integrate security into a "paved-road" model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security, compliance, automation, or engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or other scripting languages for automation and API interactions.
• Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and Policy as Code (OPA/Rego).
• Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid).
• Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
