TL;DR
Head of SEO & Growth (AI/SaaS): Building Demilked's organic growth strategy and connecting SEO performance with revenue, affiliate sales, and commercial content outcomes with an accent on technical SEO, AI-search optimization, and content growth. Focus on designing SEO and AEO roadmaps, improving site architecture and page performance, developing linkable assets, and scaling experiments that drive qualified traffic and revenue.

Location: Hybrid in Lithuania

Salary: Starting from €4,500 gross/month, plus possible stock options

What you will do

  • Build and execute Demilked's SEO, organic growth, and AI-search strategy from the ground up.
  • Grow rankings and qualified traffic for commercial, affiliate, comparison, and commerce-driven keywords.
  • Turn keyword and content opportunities into revenue-generating content in collaboration with content, affiliate, and social teams.
  • Own the technical SEO and AEO roadmap, partnering with engineering on page speed, rendering, accessibility, and site architecture.
  • Identify and develop useful tools, calculators, templates, and other linkable assets.
  • Analyze performance, set priorities and budgets, build AI workflows and processes, and scale initiatives that improve traffic and revenue.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise across technical, on-page, off-site, and emerging GEO/AEO SEO.
  • Fluency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AI tools, and automation solutions.
  • Experience growing an affiliate, comparison, commerce, or content site to meaningful traffic.
  • Strong analytical thinking, proactive decision-making, and accountability for measurable results.
  • Focus on traffic and revenue that convert rather than vanity rankings.

Nice to have

  • A proven case study of driving organic traffic growth for an affiliate, media, comparison, or commerce website.
  • Experience building SEO-led teams, processes, or AI workflows.
