Senior Full Stack Developer (Kotlin/React)

Location: Hybrid in London, with two days per week at the Hatton Garden office and the remaining days remote

What you will do

• Lead a small engineering pod building an MVP for an internal Skills Marketplace platform.
• Design and develop a two-tier web application with Kotlin and Spring on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Work with stakeholders and users to support platform usage and adoption.
• Act as the main liaison with stakeholders and the client throughout delivery.
• Use Claude or similar AI tools to create a first-pass solution design.
• Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary project team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Experience designing and building full stack applications with React, Spring and Kotlin.
• Understanding of AI engineering and tooling.
• Confidence speaking directly with users and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work with a startup mindset.
• Ability to work hybrid from the London office two days per week.

Nice to have

• Claude certification.
• Experience with Codex or Google Gemini.
