Enterprise Content & Knowledge Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise strategy, priorities, and governance for content, knowledge management, and collaboration.
• Lead the transition from document-centric information management to knowledge-driven ways of working that support analytics, automation, and AI.
• Establish governance models, operating forums, communities of practice, metadata, taxonomies, and semantic standards.
• Improve the findability, understanding, trust, and reuse of information across business areas, functions, countries, and cultures.
• Align stakeholders and initiatives around common operating models while balancing enterprise standards with local needs and regulatory requirements.
• Define measurable outcomes and partner with technology teams as the business owner for requirements and priorities.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and influencing skills across a global, decentralised organisation.
• Experience defining and implementing enterprise-wide content, knowledge, collaboration, or information management strategies.
• Experience driving adoption of common ways of working across business units, functions, countries, and cultures.
• Understanding of content structuring and governance for knowledge discovery, analytics, automation, and AI.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, governance design, and operating-model development.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with OpenText or other enterprise content management platforms.
• Experience establishing governance structures, operating models, or information management frameworks.
• Experience with knowledge management, AI enablement, enterprise search, information architecture, or information discovery.
• Experience in large, complex, or highly regulated organisations, preferably defence.
