What you will do
- Lead the Proposal & Content function within the Tender Enablement team.
- Build, manage, coach, and develop a team of proposal managers and writers.
- Set writing standards, tone of voice, quality gates, document control, and scalable ways of working.
- Plan capacity and resources across live and upcoming city tenders.
- Lead content for strategic bids and translate win themes and USPs into persuasive narratives.
- Improve tender content using evaluator feedback, scoring outcomes, competitor insight, and reusable content libraries.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in bid or tender writing, proposal management, or content leadership.
- Experience owning bids, proposal content, or a content function end to end.
- Proven experience building and leading writing or proposal teams.
- Excellent written English required; additional European languages are an asset.
- Experience managing multilingual content delivery across markets.
- Strong understanding of public procurement, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in public-sector or B2G environments.
- Background in micromobility, urban mobility, or transport.
