What you will do

• Lead editorial operations for the French and Belgian markets.
• Manage editors, writers, video producers, and social media creatives through one-on-one support, clear workflows, feedback, and prioritization.
• Define and execute the creative vision, editorial standards, brand identity, and tone of voice for the Secret Media Network.
• Develop scalable content formats, editorial partnerships, and initiatives that expand audience reach.
• Analyze city-level KPIs and audience insights to guide content, distribution, and growth strategies.
• Build and optimize a content-driven conversion funnel connecting storytelling, formats, distribution, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• English proficiency and bilingual or native-level French are required.
• More than five years of experience in a newsroom, content agency, creative agency, or digital media company.
• At least two years of team management experience and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with journalism, local media, social media, digital marketing, media mapping, and external partnerships.
• Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and the wider social media landscape.
• Strong writing, presentation, creative, analytical, business, optimization technology, AI-process, and workflow-automation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress, Photoshop, Canva, and image or video editing software.
• Strong media network contacts and industry connections.
