Manager, Portfolio Management (Infrastructure)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, hirify.global Place - 181 Bay Street

Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Compile, analyze, and evaluate financial and liquidity forecasts for operating assets across multiple infrastructure segments.
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting, variance analysis, capital expenditure forecasts, and compliance with reporting policies.
• Prepare operating results presentations and management materials to support senior-level decision-making.
• Support financial reporting, credit agreement compliance, technical accounting analysis, and coordination with finance teams and service providers.
• Support annual business planning, operating company model updates, long-term assumptions, and management presentations.
• Use financial modeling and scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities, integrate acquisitions, and streamline finance processes.

Requirements

• Qualified CPA or CA, ideally with Big 4 experience and a strong performance record.
• Leadership ability, teamwork, self-motivation, and proactive workload management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including confidence interacting with senior executives.
• Highly analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including developing and reviewing financial models.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including translating financial results into clear key messages.
