Airport Duty Officer - UAE Nationals Only (Aviation)

What you will do

• Lead and support airport operational teams across all shifts.
• Maintain seamless airport operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee operational areas and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate activities with cross-functional departments and resolve operational challenges in a 24/7 environment.
• Monitor and optimise operational efficiency, service delivery, and process improvement.
• Develop supervisory and leadership capabilities through hands-on experience and mentoring.

Requirements

• UAE nationals only, aged 21 or older, with a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last three years.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service is required for males.
• Availability for fast-paced, 24/7 airport operations and work at airports outside the UAE.
• Ability to wear the Etihad uniform.
