Data Entry Keyer (AI Evaluation)

IT consulting company supporting AI evaluation projects involving data entry, validation, and error detection.

What you will do

• Create realistic data entry and validation tasks for AI evaluation.
• Build and review datasets across CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents.
• Introduce and identify missing data, malformed records, truncations, and formatting inconsistencies.
• Define correct outputs and reconciliation requirements for each task.
• Develop grading rubrics to evaluate AI accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Experience in data entry, quality assurance, data validation, or related roles.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data across multiple file formats.
• Strong ability to identify data inconsistencies, formatting errors, missing information, and truncations.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and a process-driven working style.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments such as healthcare, finance, or legal operations.
• Previous AI experience is not required.
