Senior IT Application Developer (PHP/Python/React)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible 2 days a week.

Salary: €3,200 gross per month minimum basic wage component.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house applications and interfaces integrated with ERP, data warehouse, and other business systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into tools, applications, and features.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing applications.
• Create documentation and deliver training to support effective adoption of developed solutions.
• Improve application efficiency, user satisfaction, and compliance with HSE standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong full-stack web development skills with PHP and Laravel, Python and Flask, JavaScript or TypeScript with React, SQL, and Git.
• Experience with Azure and Docker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate across teams.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C#/.NET, Apache, MS SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in large international organizations or engineering and energy industries.
• Requirements Engineering experience and German language skills.
