Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/x)

Location: Remote or hybrid, with offices in Karlsruhe and Berlin; temporary remote work from abroad is supported.

What you will do

• Operate, scale, maintain, and troubleshoot highly available Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Maintain and optimize Go-based Kubernetes operators and related services.
• Design automated and reproducible infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Automate configuration management and deployments with Ansible.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Improve platform reliability through performance optimization, bug tracking, SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets.

Requirements

• In-depth hands-on experience operating, managing, and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong experience building and managing complex infrastructure with Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Experience developing with Go; Kubernetes operator experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of highly available and resilient systems, including SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Interest in gaming platforms and the expectations of gamers.
