Investment Analyst (Gaming Finance)

What you will do

• Evaluate investment opportunities in PC and console gaming, including studios, individual titles, and business models.
• Build financial models, forecast game revenues and cash flows, and analyze financing scenarios.
• Conduct market research, review comparable games, and assess audience traction using Steam and other industry data.
• Review financial statements, production budgets, business plans, and publishing agreements.
• Support due diligence, deal structuring, and preparation of investment committee materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare investment updates, and maintain relationships with developers, publishers, and other industry participants.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, venture capital, private credit, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling skills and excellent Excel proficiency.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and investment analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, independence, and clear communication.
• English at B2 level or higher required.
• Genuine interest in video games and the gaming industry; prior gaming experience is not required.
