What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the core loan platform, from discovery and solution design through launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Define product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
- Drive delivery of scalable lending capabilities across multiple countries and business partners.
- Analyze customer behavior, operational metrics, and business performance to identify product improvements.
- Manage roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and strategic objectives.
- Ensure lending solutions comply with local regulations and internal governance standards.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or technology-driven companies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with engineers and understanding technical concepts, APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Agile product development and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in lending, credit, banking, or financial services.
- Experience with platform products or B2B integrations.
