Creative Designer (Marketing)

What you will do

• Create high-quality, brand-aligned advertising assets for performance marketing across all ZEAL brands.
• Manage the full creative lifecycle from initial concept to final static or motion asset production.
• Utilize creative tools including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and generative AI.
• Translate marketing ideas into compelling concepts and present them to stakeholders.
• Apply performance-marketing logic such as hook rates, CTR, and A/B testing to creative work.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid).
• Strong understanding of brand design and visual consistency.
• Confident use of creative software including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Experience with performance marketing metrics and creative optimization.
• Strong prioritization skills for managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Basic skills in camera work and video production.
• Experience scaling content production within a team or agency.
• Familiarity with project management tools in creative workflows.
