Working Student (Graphic Design)

hirify.global is a profitable startup building a marketing platform that rewards more than 80 million users for engaging with advertisers’ products.

What you will do

• Create and update presentation decks in Figma.
• Design creative assets including stickers, banners, static ads, and merchandise.
• Build interactive playable ads using the company’s playable system.
• Adapt designs, copy, and graphics into new formats and repair or update existing files.
• Support creative projects through careful, reliable, and high-quality execution.

Requirements

• Strong visual eye and good design taste.
• Experience with at least one of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Experience creating presentation decks.
• Ability to work carefully with layouts, branding, and data visualisation.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin.

Nice to have

• Experience with advertising creatives, game ads, or interactive formats.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Higgsfield, Magnific, or Openart.
