Head of Industrial Engineering (Aerospace Manufacturing): Leading industrialization, transfer to serial production, and engineering change management for unmanned air, land, and sea platforms with an accent on manufacturability, production readiness, and configuration control. Focus on validating production processes, coordinating pilot builds and tooling, managing BOMs and technical documentation, and driving scalable manufacturing improvements.
Location: Kyiv region, Ukraine; full-time onsite work in the office is required. Shuttle service is available from the nearest metro station.

What you will do
- Lead industrialization and transfer of products from engineering development into serial production.
- Review industrialization readiness packages and assess product designs for manufacturability and assembly.
- Define manufacturing processes, mBOM structures, production routings, tooling, fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test solutions.
- Coordinate pilot builds, production trials, process validation, production transfer packages, and product launch activities.
- Govern engineering changes, configuration traceability, technical documentation revisions, product substitutions, and obsolescence management.
- Drive continuous improvement in industrialization efficiency, quality, scalability, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, production engineering, or New Product Introduction.
- Experience transferring products from development into serial production and validating manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of composite manufacturing technologies and hands-on experience with BOM/mBOM management and production routing development.
- Experience with engineering change management, technical documentation, configuration management, and PLM, ERP, or MES systems.
- Professional English proficiency and full-time availability for onsite work in the Kyiv region are required.
