CAD Engineers Team Lead (Glass Production)

Location: Remote from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, or Poland; fixed working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST (New York time zone).

Supplier of premium glass and aluminum structures for residential and commercial projects across the United States, founded in New York in 2017.

What you will do

• Review active projects in ClickUp, distribute workloads, monitor task execution, and track deadlines.
• Control CAD drawing quality and project documentation before final delivery.
• Mentor project engineers on complex and non-standard projects and participate in node development.
• Lead daily and weekly team syncs and coordinate technical decisions.
• Customize Slack and ClickUp workspaces, create document templates, and standardize internal workflows.
• Prepare weekly and monthly department progress and efficiency reports for the Head of Engineering.

Requirements

• Russian at C1+ and Ukrainian at C1+; English at B2+ required.
• Confident proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D, or similar engineering software.
• Higher technical education in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of project engineering experience with complex engineering projects.
• Experience with task management, time-tracking systems, project documentation, and internal training materials.
• Ability to optimize design solutions for cost, time, and resources and collaborate with project managers, estimators, quality, suppliers, manufacturing, and installation teams.
