Quality Control Specialist (UAV Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished UAV products.
• Perform measurements, functional tests, and visual inspections against technical documentation.
• Record inspection results, prepare reports, and identify non-conformities.
• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality control standards aligned with ISO 9001, AS9100, and military regulations.
• Participate in preparation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Experience in quality control within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent quality standards.
• Ability to work with technical drawings, documentation, and measuring equipment.
• Basic experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a systematic approach.
• Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in mechanical engineering, electronics, aviation, or defence.
• Experience participating in certification audits.
• Knowledge of military standards, including NATO AQAP.
• Experience inspecting electronic components or aviation products.
