Location: Montague Road, West End, Queensland 4101, Australia. On-site role requiring weekly visits to each depot in the Queensland network.

What you will do
- Lead Depot Supervisors and their teams across the Queensland network.
- Drive performance, operational efficiency, technology adoption, and customer experience.
- Visit each depot weekly to support presentation, compliance, maintenance, and on-the-ground operations.
- Coach site team members and promote a positive work environment aligned with values.
- Maintain safety procedures and encourage proactive safety conversations.
- Support inventory, rostering, timesheet approval, compliance, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Cert IV Frontline Manager or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5+ years of experience leading people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
