Senior Game Producer - League of Legends, Alternate Play Modes (Game Development)

What you will do

• Lead production of new and existing League of Legends game modes for the Alternate Play Modes team.
• Create and execute team roadmaps with milestones, deliverables, work systems, rituals, and supporting artifacts.
• Develop team goals and efficacy metrics while monitoring team health and culture.
• Manage staffing, costs, stakeholders, commitments, vendors, and production risks.
• Remove impediments, improve processes across collaborating teams, and facilitate team-wide meetings.
• Coordinate delivery of game modes to collaborating teams and regions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in production, product management, project management, program management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing game, application, or content production teams.
• Experience improving team work systems and leading agile teams.
• Experience delivering complex projects involving multiple teams and external vendors.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, stakeholder management, and player empathy.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of League of Legends and its game modes.
• Experience running a live microservice for large-scale applications.
• Experience in a continuous delivery or continuous deployment environment.
