TL;DR
Lead Product Manager (Data Platform): Defining and executing the strategy for a company-wide data platform covering ingestion, storage, discovery, querying, quality, and activation with an accent on internal tools, stakeholder research, and organization-wide adoption. Focus on building data-driven roadmaps, launching platform capabilities, measuring product impact, and leading cross-functional teams.
Location: HCMC, Vietnam

What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to identify improvements and develop solutions.
- Gather requirements, conduct internal user research, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Drive adoption and onboarding of internal data tools and platform capabilities.
- Lead product launches, communicate product vision, and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs and metrics, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor junior product managers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing internal tools or data/AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, infrastructure, and data management practices.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, user research, requirements gathering, and backlog prioritization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
Nice to have
- Experience launching and scaling data platform products or features.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- SQL proficiency and familiarity with data querying and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies.
- Background in data science, engineering, technical product development, or developer-focused platforms.
