Creative Director (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Compensation range: $190,000–$230,000.

What you will do

• Turn positioning and messaging into integrated campaigns combining strong visual concepts and copy.
• Set the creative direction for launches, events, websites, sales collateral, social media, and executive communications.
• Partner with Design Studio to develop concepts into polished final work through clear direction and feedback.
• Work with Integrated Marketing from campaign planning through execution to build creative into strategy.
• Lead, coach, and grow a small creative team across copy and video.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across marketing, sales, and product.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of creative experience, including art direction, creative direction, or a similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating effective integration of visual ideas, design, and copy.
• Experience developing enterprise brands, ideally in B2B technology or a category-defining brand.
• Hands-on ability to develop concepts, refine headlines, and direct shoots.
• Fluency in defining and applying AI tools within the creative process.
• Experience managing stakeholders, hiring and developing creative talent, and collaborating across design, marketing, and brand strategy.
