TL;DR
Senior Lead, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) (Python/TypeScript, RAG, Agentic AI): Building and deploying production-grade full-stack AI platforms and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers with an accent on rapid MVP delivery, retrieval-augmented generation, LLM integration, and cloud-native deployment. Focus on designing resilient architectures, optimizing model and application performance, and translating customer requirements into scalable production solutions.
Location: Hybrid in Frisco, Texas, with 3 days onsite per week; candidates must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex or ready to relocate immediately.
Salary: $115,080–$218,520 per year for U.S. full-time employment. Location-specific ranges may apply.

What you will do
- Architect, build, and scale full-stack applications with React, Angular, or Vue and Python, Node, or TypeScript backend services.
- Design and deploy multi-agent orchestration frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using enterprise data and vector databases.
- Deliver production-ready MVPs rapidly, optimizing database performance, data flows, rendering, LLM latency, token usage, prompt routing, and security.
- Lead technical delivery from customer discovery and solution architecture through prototyping, deployment, and production support.
- Deploy secure containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Document deployment learnings, improve AI platforms and delivery pipelines, and collaborate with engineering leads and enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements
- Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex or ready to relocate immediately, with 3 onsite days per week in Frisco, Texas.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript backend skills.
- Production experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel, plus RAG pipelines and vector databases.
- Experience building modern frontend applications with React, Angular, or Vue, including streaming data or real-time query responses.
- Experience deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, CI/CD, data engineering, SQL/NoSQL databases, enterprise solution delivery, and performance, scalability, and reliability troubleshooting.
Nice to have
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LLM gateways, prompt tracing, fine-tuning, Redis, Temporal, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Contributions to AI platforms, open-source repositories, or internal frameworks.
- Cloud or AI certifications and an advanced technical degree.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer premises when required.
