Pricing & Order Operations Analyst (Salesforce CPQ/Quote-to-Cash): Validating pricing changes, quote-to-cash releases, UAT scenarios, and order execution across quoting, approvals, bookings, marketplaces, billing, and revenue workflows with an accent on business requirements, configuration checks, and traceable test documentation. Focus on maintaining regression coverage, troubleshooting signature packets and marketplace offers, and ensuring pricing and order operations are ready for release.

What you will do
- Review pricing requirements, validate data and configurations, and document expected system behavior in quote-to-cash workflows.
- Test quoting, approvals, discounting, product configuration, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order execution.
- Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT coordinated by Technical Program Management and RevOps.
- Document test results and defects with traceability from business requirements to outcomes, and provide UAT readiness input.
- Maintain regression test coverage and troubleshoot issues across bookings, signature packets, marketplace offers, and booking-to-order handoffs.
- Partner with IT business systems, Pricing Operations, Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Billing, and Revenue teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance in an agile environment.
- Experience with quote-to-cash processes and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, repeatable testing.
- Ability to use conversational AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots with appropriate human review.
- Clear written communication skills for documenting test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria.
- Proactive organization and ability to collaborate across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, Sales, and Deal Desk.
