Location: United States, California, Santa Monica

Salary: $195,670–$253,220 annually for the Bay Area; other US locations: $177,905–$230,230 annually.

What you will do

  • Support the development and execution of global medical strategy for lymphoma and leukemia across marketed products and pipeline indications.
  • Develop and execute Medical Affairs tactics, including advisory boards, publications, training, and medical plans of action.
  • Provide direction for cross-functional product and disease strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Clinical Development, HEOR, Market Access, Government Affairs, Marketing, RWE, Scientific Communications, and Publications.
  • Capture internal and external insights and translate them into actionable activities for the therapy area.
  • Engage external experts, medical societies, regulatory groups, and scientific meeting participants while maintaining a thought leader network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, master’s degree and 8 years, or PhD and 2 years.
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry and Medical Affairs experience, ideally in cell therapy and lymphoma/leukemia.
  • M.D., Pharm.D., PhD, or a life sciences, immunology, or oncology qualification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, judgment, teamwork, and matrix collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of budget and account management.
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international conferences, approximately 35%.
