Payments Support Associate (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; office-based

Salary: from €1,575 gross per month, plus additional payment of up to 30% for night shifts

What you will do

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
• Help customers navigate websites, statements, contracts, orders, and payment-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot PC-related issues and work toward first-call resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine and implement the appropriate course of action.
• Document inquiries and outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
• Support product installations, pre-installation assessments, customer training, and updates to installation procedures.

Requirements

• Proficient written and spoken English required.
• Availability for afternoon/evening or early morning shifts.
• Experience troubleshooting PC-related issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and resolve customer issues tactfully and diplomatically.
