Senior Specialist, IT Vendor Management Office

What you will do

• Support governance activities for strategic technology suppliers within the IT Vendor Management Office.
• Manage supplier contracts, renewals, obligations, amendments, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews, Service Performance Reviews, and governance forums.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, service credits, and improvement plans.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting covering vendor performance, financial commitments, risks, and upcoming decisions.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders on sourcing, risk management, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in vendor management, IT operations, procurement, contract management, strategic sourcing, program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with strategic suppliers, managed service providers, software vendors, or outsourcing partners.
• Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management, contract management, financial analysis, budgeting, supplier performance, risk, compliance, and third-party governance.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and operational reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Coupa, Icertis, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of IT outsourcing, software licensing, managed services, and vendor financial governance.
• Experience in highly matrixed global organizations.
