Senior Manager, Product Architect (Payments)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the successful delivery and adoption of hirify.global Intelligent Authorisation for assigned strategic clients.
• Lead requirements discovery and develop end-to-end solution designs covering technical, operational, and product considerations.
• Connect Product, Sales Engineering, Client Services, Delivery, and client implementation teams throughout onboarding.
• Provide architecture and product leadership during implementation governance, pilot exit, and production readiness assessments.
• Identify delivery, technical, operational, commercial, and onboarding risks and drive their resolution.
• Convert implementation experience into reusable standards, onboarding patterns, and product improvement insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 6+ years with an Advanced Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex client onboarding, implementation, transformation, or integration programmes in Payments, Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable and operationally viable solution designs.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, issuer or acquirer operations, authorization systems, fraud and risk management, or related financial services technologies.
• Experience managing client requirements, implementation governance, escalations, risks, and stakeholder decisions without direct authority.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in global cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in Payments, Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or related industries.
• Experience with issuer processing, authorization decisioning, digital payments, fraud systems, pilot execution, production readiness, and post-production stabilization.
• Experience leading strategic client implementations involving complex integrations and multiple stakeholder groups.
