What you will do
- Support the full lifecycle of new group implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Create detailed project plans and coordinate realistic deadlines across internal departments.
- Track deliverables, follow up on missed milestones, and escalate timeline risks to leadership.
- Lead internal implementation meetings, surface blockers, and coordinate solutions.
- Identify implementation risks and develop action plans to keep projects on track.
- Audit new client account configurations across internal systems before go-live.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in health insurance or healthcare benefits.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
