Manager, Data Analytics - AI Enablement (AI)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; onsite at 1940 Argentia Rd

Salary: CAD 91,900–126,390 per year, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise semantic models that standardize business metrics across business units.
• Develop AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including AI-assisted dashboard creation, insight generation, and advanced analytical workflows.
• Design and build AI agents to automate repetitive analytics tasks and streamline workflows.
• Identify reporting infrastructure gaps, implement analytics best practices, and introduce automation.
• Train and support departments in self-service reporting and maintain vendor relationships for analytics tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with business units and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Expertise in semantic data modeling using Google LookML or an equivalent tool.
• Experience with BI architecture, dashboard development, and Generative AI tools.
• Applied Generative AI experience in analytics workflows and AI agent design.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and business partnership skills.
• Production-grade solution development and people leadership capabilities.
