What you will do

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Technology Risk and Control Self-Assessment program across Global Technology.
• Drive consistent identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and treatment of technology risks and controls.
• Advise Technology leaders, Control Officers, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders on control design, effectiveness, and remediation.
• Facilitate governance forums and risk reviews covering technology risk exposures, emerging risks, risk appetite, and tolerance thresholds.
• Develop risk metrics, dashboards, reporting, and management information for senior leadership and governance committees.
• Promote risk awareness, accountability, data quality, and continuous improvement across technology risk practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in technology risk or a related field, including technology risk management, operational risk, controls, governance, and RCSA methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud computing, technology operations, software development, resilience, and data management risks.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, and financial-services regulatory expectations.
• Strong stakeholder influence, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or equivalent.
• Experience using data analytics, reporting tools, and emerging technologies to improve risk management.
