LOB Risk Spec Sr (Technology Risk)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Strongsville, OH; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $86,250–$172,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Execute and enhance technology and line-of-business risk management programs.
• Monitor laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance and assess their impact on technology policies and controls.
• Lead complex engagements with business leaders, engineering, Compliance, Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Coordinate remediation plans for regulatory gaps and provide guidance on sustainable resolution.
• Develop executive-level reporting on regulatory change initiatives, risk trends, and program compliance.
• Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and external reviews while maintaining effective controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with risk management programs, operational risk, internal controls, regulatory environments, and governance.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an office location listed above.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
