Focus on optimizing high-traffic applications, designing microservices and domain-driven architectures, ensuring web security and test coverage, and mentoring junior developers.
Location: Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable features for the SaaS insurance platform.
- Develop across the front end and back end while translating insurance business requirements into reliable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and UX teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Optimize performance for large datasets and high user traffic, and design for future scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and write unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Investigate and fix bugs, apply web security and compliance best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on complex SaaS applications.
- Strong back-end experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
- Front-end proficiency with JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, container technologies, microservices, and/or clean architecture.
- Practical experience with Test-Driven Development, unit, integration, and functional testing, plus Domain-Driven Design.
- Knowledge of web security, performance optimization, agile development, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
