Client Support Associate (Oracle/Finance/HR): Coordinating second-level client support and administrative transactions across finance, travel, HR, and procurement in FAO's Oracle-based Global Resource Management System with an accent on complex case analysis, procedural guidance, and service delivery. Focus on supervising support workflows, coaching junior staff, analyzing system issues, and improving user documentation and service-level outcomes.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; locally recruited candidates must be Hungarian nationals or hold a valid Hungarian work visa or permit and reside within commuting distance.

What you will do
- Coordinate second-level and super-user support by distributing and tracking client enquiries and technical issues.
- Investigate complex cases, prepare evidence-based replies, and provide procedural guidance to Contact Centre teams.
- Advise personnel and transaction initiators on procurement, finance, travel, and HR processes in Oracle Global Resource Management System.
- Coach junior General Service staff, deliver training, and maintain support knowledge-base materials.
- Monitor service performance, review Service Level Agreements, and support process outcome tracking.
- Analyze system issues, participate in testing changes, and coordinate user guidelines, documentation, and activity reports.
Requirements
- Secondary school education.
- Five years of relevant administrative support experience, including HR, travel, or finance.
- Working knowledge of English at proficiency level C and intermediate knowledge at level B of at least one other official language: Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet tools, office technology, and computerized financial, travel, and HR systems.
- Experience drafting instructions and applying administrative procedures and policies.
- Must be locally eligible to work in Hungary and live within commuting distance of Budapest.
