TL;DR
Law Intern (FMCG): Supporting the Benelux Legal team with commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, legal research, and internal guidance with an accent on practical in-house legal work across an international FMCG business. Focus on reviewing sales and distribution agreements, addressing GDPR and anti-trust matters, preparing legal materials, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Location: Amsterdam, hybrid, with home working in alignment with the team. EU working rights are required; candidates must have EU citizenship or be studying in the Netherlands.
Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours across 5 days, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses.

is an international FMCG business with a collaborative Legal Department supporting commercial operations and corporate functions.
What you will do
- Draft and review national and international commercial contracts, including sales, distribution, marketing, and agency agreements.
- Support compliance activities involving GDPR and anti-trust matters.
- Assist with corporate governance activities, including preparing minutes for Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings.
- Prepare legal research, memos, training materials, and internal guidance.
- Maintain legal archives and databases, track actions, and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Legal.
Requirements
- Current bachelor's or master's enrolment in Dutch Law or a related field.
- Dutch and English at B2–C1 level.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- EU working rights are required through EU citizenship or study in the Netherlands.
- Clear communication, ownership, organization, and the ability to simplify legal complexity into practical guidance.
- An international mindset and ability to collaborate across cultures.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Relevant in-house or law-firm experience.
