Litigation Attorney Specialist (AI)

Location: United States of America; remote

Salary: $40–$70 per hour, with the final rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Analyze AI-generated legal outputs for factual accuracy, clarity, and logical rigor.
• Evaluate pleadings, motions, discovery, trial advocacy, evidence, appellate strategy, and client counseling scenarios.
• Simulate litigation situations and assess legal arguments and authorities.
• Identify reasoning flaws and document reproducible performance gaps.
• Collaborate on prompts, evaluation metrics, and model assessment standards.

Requirements

• JD and active license to practice law required.
• Significant litigation experience in civil, criminal, or administrative proceedings.
• Strong command of procedural and evidentiary rules.
• Clear and precise legal reasoning and communication skills.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in appellate advocacy, legal writing, or academic teaching.
