Legal Professional (AI)

Location: Remote, USA; requires at least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap.

Compensation: $400 per task, with each task taking approximately 10–12 hours to complete.

What you will do

• Create expert-level legal tasks and reference solutions for an AI training and evaluation project.
• Develop realistic workflows covering contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research.
• Review legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, practical applicability, and legal reasoning quality.
• Identify ambiguities, reasoning gaps, and other quality issues.
• Apply project rubrics consistently and incorporate calibration and senior-review feedback.
• Deliver clear, high-quality legal work within project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

• Active US bar admission and a JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3–8 years of legal practice experience, ideally at Associate level.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, written communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex legal matters, produce practical written outputs, and work against defined quality standards.
• Availability for a short-term six-week contractor assignment with the required PST overlap.
