What you will do

• Maintain and optimize enterprise SharePoint 2016/2019 platforms for stability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Deploy, configure, patch, and manage the lifecycle of SharePoint environments.
• Administer Windows Server infrastructure supporting collaboration services and business applications.
• Develop PowerShell automation for administration and operational support.
• Implement governance, security controls, and compliance measures aligned with Microsoft and organizational standards.
• Investigate and resolve incidents involving platform availability, access, authentication, and performance while supporting technical teams and business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, higher education diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint 2016/2019 in medium to large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts for administration and automation.
• Understanding of identity management, authentication, access control, security practices, SharePoint governance, permissions, and content organization.
• Effective written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
