What you will do
- Analyse ’s financial performance, including key drivers, trends, and emerging developments.
- Contribute to financial planning and performance management for senior management decision-making.
- Analyse competitors, financial markets, and investor perspectives to assess ’s relative performance and valuation.
- Develop insights and presentation materials for the Group CFO, Group CEO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Group Strategy, and business-unit teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to three years of professional experience; experience in consulting, finance, or reinsurance is relevant.
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English required; German is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in consulting, finance, and/or reinsurance.
- Knowledge of German.
