Credit Control Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the Shared Service Centre in Cork, Ireland

Salary: €30,590–€48,944 per year

What you will do

• Manage credit risk, collections, customer account balances, and payment-term compliance across a key portfolio.
• Coordinate dispute resolution and root-cause analysis with Sales and Customer Service while enforcing service-level agreements.
• Evaluate credit holds and make order-release decisions within delegated authority limits.
• Perform financial risk assessments and credit-limit reviews using third-party data and financial statements.
• Resolve unallocated cash and unapplied receipts to maintain accurate customer exposure records.
• Improve processes, automation, reporting, and performance against monthly collection targets.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Certificate or Diploma-level education.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets and Docs, and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics, and credit-risk evaluation.
