Senior DevOps Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Maintain the health, reliability, and performance of hirify.global Cloud Sandbox pipelines.
• Optimize and scale high-volume malware analysis across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and multiple file and package types.
• Build, maintain, and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines supporting development releases.
• Manage and monitor on-premises and hosted cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes, ELK, Grafana, and Redash.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments and use AI tools for log analysis, problem solving, and reusable automation.
• Contribute to technical planning, pipeline development, code reviews, documentation, and collaboration with product and project management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, systems or infrastructure administration, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible; GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions; Python or Bash; and Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VirtualBox, KVM/QEMU, Packer, or VMware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux, with familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve troubleshooting, efficiency, and repeatable workflows.
• Strong prioritization, communication, organizational, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced Kubernetes deployment, management, and service-scaling experience.
• Networking knowledge covering DNS, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and hybrid cloud/on-prem connectivity.
• Experience with Packer image automation, RabbitMQ, Ansible network automation, Prometheus, Grafana, Redash, ELK, JIRA, or Confluence.
