SEO Manager (SEO, Media)

Location: Beirut, Lebanon; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve organic growth, search visibility, and traffic for media platforms and client assets.
• Analyze client products, competitors, industry landscapes, marketing goals, rankings, linking data, and campaign performance.
• Create keyword strategies, technical site recommendations, content recommendations, and comprehensive linking strategies.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, product, agency, and other internal teams to deliver integrated search campaigns.
• Present campaign strategies, deliverables, performance analysis, and optimization ideas to clients and agency stakeholders.
• Support business reviews, new business presentations, automation projects, process changes, and SEO documentation.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in organic search marketing, search engine optimization, or SEO campaign management.
• Strong data analytics and strategy background, including comfort manipulating very large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience managing Google My Business and app optimization projects.
• Ability to stay current with SEO industry trends, develop creative optimization tactics, and interpret campaign metrics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Beirut, Lebanon, with office attendance around four days per week.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an agency environment.
