Sr Manager, Business & Market Development, P&HS EMEA (Packaging & Hygiene Solutions)

Location: Hybrid role based in the EMEA region, preferably in Helsinki, Finland, or near offices in Frankfurt, Germany, or Strasbourg, France.

Salary: Finland EUR 7,300–8,500 per month; Germany EUR 124,000–145,000 per year; France EUR 98,000–115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional and segment growth plans with sales, application, product line management, and product development teams.
• Build opportunity pipelines aligned with strategic priorities and portfolio needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, technology developments, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead commercialization of new products and solutions from concept through market launch and customer adoption.
• Develop target-customer strategies, value propositions, engagement plans, and customer trials.
• Own commercial development projects, evaluate partnerships and inorganic growth opportunities, and provide market-based recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, market development, commercialization, product management, or related commercial leadership in an international B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of the paper, board, and tissue industries and paper chemicals.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and convert market insights into business cases, portfolio decisions, and profitable initiatives.
• Experience commercializing new products and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Availability for international travel across the EMEA region.
