Manager NPI Procurement (E-Mobility)

What you will do

• Lead procurement activities across new product introduction and innovation projects from product development through industrialization.
• Represent procurement in cross-functional teams involving R&D, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Commodity Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Drive early supplier involvement, design-to-cost, target costing, value engineering, standardization, and multi-sourcing initiatives.
• Coordinate supplier nomination, qualification, onboarding, capacity planning, tooling, lead times, material availability, and launch readiness.
• Lead procurement risk assessments and define mitigation strategies for new products and technologies.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships, manage supplier segmentation and performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Several years of experience leading an NPI procurement team or working as a Project Buyer.
• Proven experience in market and supplier analysis, technology scouting, and supplier evaluation.
• Experience introducing or optimizing procurement tools and systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic operational environments.
