3D Artist (Co-op Adventure PC Game)

What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D assets for environments, props, and other in-game visual elements.
• Model, texture, and optimize assets for real-time game production.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and artists to bring concepts into the game.
• Maintain a consistent art style and follow established art direction.
• Support scene setup, basic lighting, composition, and visual polish.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and production needs.

Requirements

• Strong 3D modeling and texturing skills, including work across character and environment art.
• Proficiency in Blender, Substance 3D Painter, and Substance 3D Designer.
• Experience with trim sheets, PBR materials, and real-time asset optimization.
• Good knowledge of Unity, shaders, and real-time production workflows.
• Understanding of color, shape, proportions, and visual style.
• Good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Cloth modeling experience.
• Sculpting skills.
• Basic knowledge of lighting and technical art.
