AP Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Specialist

What you will do

• Own accounts payable reporting and dashboard management, maintaining accurate and accessible operational data.
• Produce and interpret KPI reporting covering on-time payment, ZIP aging, hold rates, escalation coverage, and root-cause analysis.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in AP data and translate them into actionable insights for the team and Finance leadership.
• Build automated reporting workflows and reduce manual data handling across AP operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from identifying inefficiencies through solution design, implementation, documentation, and outcome tracking.
• Coordinate with Senior AP Accountants and the Global AP SME to align improvements with global process standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Finance Operations, AP analytics, FP&A, or a comparable analytical Finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience coordinating process improvement projects from identification through implementation.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and experience extracting data from ERP systems.
• Structured, project-oriented working style and strong communication skills for translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required; English is the primary working language.

• Lean, Six Sigma, or another continuous improvement methodology.
• Experience with NetSuite, Zip, BlackLine, or similar AP tools.
• Exposure to automation tools or scripting with Python or SQL.
